On February 8, 2024 Yeghishe Charents House-Museum celebrated the 60th anniversary of its foundation. In February 8, 1964 by decision of the Council of Ministers of Soviet Armenia a house-museum dedicated to the memory of writer Charents was established in apartment No. 12 of building No 17 on Mashtots Avenue, Yerevan. This location was where Charents lived during the last years of his life (1935-1937).
